Several of the novels have been optioned, more than once, for films.
The Prisoner of Paradise has been adapted as a film and will be released in 2026 as Ambleside, starring Ellie Bamber, Rhona Mitra, Rupert Penry-Jones and Medhi Dehbi.
Romesh has also experimented with writing for the stage and for radio.
